How to Order
A step-by-step guide to placing an order on terrapeptides.com.

Choose your product and vial size
- Go to the Catalog and tap a product.
- Sizes are listed in milligrams (mg) per vial, for example 10mg. Tap a size to pick it. The price shown is for one vial.
- Use − and + to set how many vials you want, then tap Add to Cart.
- Order 10 or more vials in one order (any mix) and 10% comes off automatically.

Open your cart and add a partner code
- Tap the cart icon at the top right of the page. You can change quantities or remove items there.
- If someone gave you a partner code, type it in the Discount Code box and tap Apply.
- If you opened a partner's link, the code is already in the box. If the discount does not show in your total, tap Apply.
- Tap Proceed to Checkout.

Check out
- Under Contact & Shipping, enter your Email, Full Name, and shipping address. Use an email you check: your payment instructions are sent there.
- How did you hear about us? is optional. Pick the closest answer.
- Under Payment, choose Venmo or Crypto. Paying with crypto takes 5% off your order.
- Under Confirmations, check the box.
- Tap Place Order (Venmo) or Continue to payment (Crypto).

Pay with Venmo
- After you place the order, the next page shows a Pay with Venmo button. The same button is in your confirmation email. It opens Venmo with the recipient, amount, and memo already filled in.
- Our only Venmo account is @tsc-supply. Check for extra characters before you pay. We never message you or send payment requests on Venmo.
- In the payment memo, include only your order number (6 letters and numbers, like ABC234). Do not include product names or descriptions.
- Paying from someone else's Venmo account is fine. The memo is how we find your order.
- We match your payment, usually within a few hours.

Or pay with crypto
- Tap Continue to payment. A secure payment page opens where you pick the coin (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT and more) and pay.
- Stablecoins confirm in minutes; Bitcoin can take up to an hour. Your order is reserved while you pay.
- If the payment page closes before you pay, reply to your confirmation email for a fresh link.

What happens next
- You get a confirmation email right away with your order number and payment instructions.
- When your payment is matched, you get a Payment Received email.
- Orders ship USPS within 3 business days of payment. You get an Order Shipped email with your tracking number.
- Shipping is a flat $10 to any US address, unless your code includes free shipping.
- Check on your order anytime at terrapeptides.com/order-lookup with your order number and email.
